Ingredients
- 2- rectangular puff pastry sheets

Preparation
- We turn on the oven at 180ºC
- We prepare a syrup with the water and sugar.
- We put a glass of water in a saucepan with 7 tablespoons of sugar, we will cook it for about 10 minutes over medium heat. We booked.
- We spread a sheet of dough on the worktop, sprinkle sugar all over the dough.
- We pass a rolling pin over it just so that the sugar sticks to the dough, we put the other dough on top and we roll the roller again.
- We cut the dough into strips of about 3-4 cm wide and about 10 cm. long.
- We put a plate with a sheet of baking paper.
- We take the strips from the two ends and twist them in the center. We are putting them on the oven plate.
- We paint the puff pastry strips a little and put them in the oven in the center, with heat up and down, we leave them until they are golden brown.
- When they are ready we take them out of the oven and we will paint them with a kitchen brush with the syrup that we have left. You can also put icing sugar on them.
- Let cool and serve.
