This puff pastry coca with tomatoes It is a healthy recipe that we can accompany with more vegetables, put grated cheese, anchovies, tuna ... We can make it very varied and to our liking.
- Rectangular puff pastry
- 3-4 ripe tomatoes
- Fried tomato
- black olives
- Oil, salt, pepper
- Rosemary, basil, oregano ...
- We will stretch the rectangular puff pastry and put it in a baking dish, with the help of a heart-shaped mold, we will cut a large one or we can make them smaller individual.
- We cut the dough and leave it on the baking paper. We will prick with a fork all over.
- We will cover the entire dough with fried tomato.
- We cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
- We will put them around the entire dough until it is completely covered.
- When it is, we will put a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, some olives and the herbs that you like the most such as oregano, basil, pepper….
- We will have the oven on at 180º and we will put the coca until it is well toasted.
- When it is ready we take it out, we can put a drizzle of olive oil on top and serve.
- They can be made with smaller individual molds, it will look great.
- And it will be ready to eat !!!
