Roasted princess breasts

It is a delicious combination of flavors, an ideal dish to accompany a green salad to eat without guilt and take care of your silhouette.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts of about 100 grams each
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 lemon
4 teaspoons mustard
2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

Remove the skin from the breast and put it in a roasting pan, brushed with olive oil. In a bowl, mix the salt, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and finely minced garlic, pour over the chicken and cook for 30 minutes.

Served on a platter with a mattress of tender lettuce, well washed, salted, fresh, brought to the table hot.
