Ingredients
4 chicken breasts of about 100 grams each
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 lemon
4 teaspoons mustard
2 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Remove the skin from the breast and put it in a roasting pan, brushed with olive oil. In a bowl, mix the salt, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and finely minced garlic, pour over the chicken and cook for 30 minutes.
