Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 Onion
  • Carrots 2
  • 2 tomates
  • 250 mushrooms or champignons (can be varied)
  • 1 bunch of herbs (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf)
  • 200 white wine
  • 1 small glass of water or broth
  • Buy

Preparation
  1. To prepare the sirloin in sauce, first we will put a saucepan to heat with a little oil, we will put it on a rather strong fire.
  2. Clean the sirloins, season them with salt and pepper and when the oil in the casserole is hot add them and brown them on all sides.
  3. We peel the onions and cut them into pieces.
  4. We clean the carrots, cut them into medium pieces.
  5. The tomatoes are washed and cut into quarters.
  6. Once the sirloins are browned, add all the vegetables around the sirloins, the bundle of herbs and let cook for about 15 minutes, making sure it doesn't burn. You can add a little water or broth, if it sticks a lot.
  7. After this time, we add the white wine, we let it cook for another 10 minutes, if it is very dry we add a little water or broth.
  8. It has to be left to cook until the vegetables are ready, it should not be dry, it is better to add broth so that the sirloin remains juicy.
  9. If you like the tenderloin less done, it is best to remove it and let the vegetables cook.
  10. When the sirloin and the vegetables are ready, we take part of the vegetables and grind, mix with the sirloin sauce and thus we have a tastier sauce.
  11. Let cool and cut into slices, put in a source and serve.
