Today's proposal is to make a refreshing plum smoothie so that you can enjoy it at any time of the day or drink it as a dessert at the end of lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1 cup plum flavored yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1 cup fresh plums, cut into chunks
liquid sweetener, to taste
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
ice cubes, to taste
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in the blender glass. Then, blend them until you get a creamy consistency preparation.
Once the smoothie is prepared, serve it very cold in tall glasses and if you wish, you can accompany it with pieces of fresh seasonal fruits.
