Pizzas pan, another recipe of use
For today I have brought you a delicious recipe for take advantage of both stale bread and some foods that we have at home and are about to spoil. In the world of the kitchen nothing is thrown away, everything is usable.
This recipe that I present to you is called Pizzas bread, whose base is the stale bread that we always have left over and the ingredients that are almost always left over from a recipe, such as the chopped breast of the fajitas, or the york ham in tacos del puchero, or a semi-cured or cured cheese that carries long time open.
Ingredients
- Bars or half loaves of stale bread.
- Ketchup.
- Tuna.
- Cooked chicken breast.
- York ham.
- bacon.
- Sausages.
- Semi-cured cheese.
Preparation
This recipe for pan pizzas is a great idea for any unforeseen event that comes our way or for any informal dinner with friends to watch a movie or soccer. These next to a fresh beer is what the most.
This recipe is very simple and easy to make and it does not take too long to make it. First, we will take the stale bread. If we have a bar, we will cut it in half and then into three equal parts, so that the pieces of bread pizzas are more or less regular. Although, if they are moderately usable pieces it also works.
To this bread cut in half we will place a base of ketchup. It can be from a pot or the leftover from any recipe such as meatballs or chicken in sauce. Do not apply the base too close to the edges because it can fall off the sides and when you pick it up you could burn yourself.
Later, we would incorporate small layers of the ingredients that you have left over. In particular, I take advantage of the chopped breast of the fajitas or the york ham from the calzones recipe.
Finally, when we have all the ingredients chosen and added to these bread pizzas, it is time to place some slices of cured or semi cheese, whichever you like the most, and place them in the oven at 180ºC for about 8-10 minutes or until we see that the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. Bon a petite !.
