Today we prepare some piquillo peppers stuffed with meat, an ideal dish for a dinner. A typical dish of many bars as a tapa. With some good peppers and a good meat filling we can prepare a good dish, It only remains to accompany it with a good sauce, this one that I have prepared a bechamel sauce, you can also add cream to cook and grated cheese, it will be very good and it is simpler.
As well we can take leftovers of a meat, vegetable or fish stew and fill them, they will look great.

Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 400 gr. minced meat
- 250 gr of fried tomato
- 100 ml. white wine
- A can of piquillo peppers
- Buy
- Salt and pepper
- Bechamel sauce or cream
- Grated cheese
Preparation
- First we will put a frying pan on the fire with a good jet of oil, when it is hot we will put the minced onion.
- When it begins to get soft, we will add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, let it cook for 5 minutes, stir and add the glass of white wine, leave it for a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and add the fried tomato to the amount it will be at ease.
- We let everything cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes. We turn off and let it cool down a bit.
- We will fill the peppers, with the help of a teaspoon.
- We will put them in a baking dish.
- We prepare a bechamel or use cream to cook and cover the peppers and a little grated cheese with it.
- We preheat the oven to 180ºC we put them in the oven until they are golden brown for about 10 minutes and we have ready our piquillo peppers stuffed with meat.
