Pink Lactonese or Pink Milk Sauce (without egg)
Have you ever wanted to make a pink sauce to accompany any of your recipes and you have run out of eggs? Today I bring you a recipe to make the pink sauce with milk instead of eggs, the pink lactonese.
This recipe is very practical in summer since by not carrying an egg we do not run the risk of catching salmonellosis. In addition, all those allergic to eggs can consume it without problems.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Degree of difficulty: easy
Ingredients (8 people):
- 100 gr. milk
- 300 gr. sunflower oil, olive oil, or half and half
- 100 gr. ketchup
- the juice of an orange, a glass approximately
- half a glass of cognac or brandy
- shawl
Preparation:
We put the milk in the blender glass.
We add the oil little by little by one of the walls of the container. To help us we tilt the container a little. The objective is that the oil is on the top and the milk on the bottom as it appears in the image. In this step we do not have to forget add the salt.
We put the blender carefully in the bottom of the container and without moving the mixer from the bottom and holding the container we turn on the mixer. The most important thing is to keep the mixer immobile until it has reached consistency. Once it is consistent we can finish mixing it well.
With this we got the lactonese, although a little thicker since now we need to add the liquids that will give it the touch of pink lactonese.
We add the ketchup and mix it a little with the mixer.
We add the cognac and the orange juice.
We mix it well with the mixer and We already have this delicious pink lactonese ready. Now we only have to present it in a sauce boat or add it to one of our dishes.
