Today I propose a potato pie with spinach. Eating spinach is not easy, especially for children, so we have to find ways to camouflage them in a rich way that is not very noticeable.
That is why I bring you this potato cake with spinach, a simple and complete dish, it is very good and will surely please everyone.

Ingredients
- 3-4 potatoes
- ½ bag of spinach
- 250 gr. of minced meat to choose.
- Grated cheese

- Salt and pepper
- For the bechamel:
- 40 gr. of butter
- 40 gr. Of flour
- 500 ml. milk
- A pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
- We put a saucepan with water to heat and cook the potatoes in it.
- While the potatoes are cooking we prepare the meat. We put a frying pan with oil and fry the minced meat, we put a little salt and pepper.
- When the meat is done, we will put the spinach and we will sauté them together with the meat, we leave it 2-3 minutes. We reserve
- On the other hand we prepare a bechamel, we put the milk to heat, we reserve.
- In a saucepan we put the butter, when it is melted add the flour and leave it for a few minutes to do well, let the flour take a little golden tone, to this mixture we add the hot milk and we will not stop stirring with a few rods over medium heat for 5 minutes, it will be ready when it is like a consistent cream, we add salt and a little nutmeg.
- We take a baking tin, cut the finite potatoes and put a layer on the base of the mold, on top we put the meat with the spinach, another layer of potatoes and cover with the bechamel sauce covered with grated cheese.
- We put it in the oven until the entire base is golden.
- And ready to eat!!!
