This recipe is exquisite, it goes well with all kinds of meats and sandwiches, very easy to make, ideal for those who are just starting out in the kitchen.
Ingredients
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
200 cm3 of water
Go out to your liking
3 olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
Procedure
Cut the red and green peppers into julienne strips and cook for 2 minutes with plenty of water and salt to taste. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Prepare the dressing by mixing the 200 cm3 of water with the oil, vinegar, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Place this dressing on top of the onions and leeks and serve very cold.
