When one diets vegetables are your best ally, But sometimes monotony plays a trick on us and we stop believing in our firm decision to lose weight, because we get tired.
Today I bring you an ideal recipe to enjoy a diet in a simple and delicious way, preventing monotony from invading us. We are going to elaborate some peppers stuffed with vegetables and mushrooms.
We go shopping and prepare to organize time and other details.
Degree of Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 20 - 25 minutes
Ingredients for two people:
- 2 green or red bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 7 or 8 mushrooms
- shawl
The ingredients, as always, they are simple so that their preparation is not complicated.
We put the pepper, in my case Italian type, baked for a few minutes at 200 degrees without heating, so that it is done a little but does not prevent the next step, in which we will fill them.
Furthermore, while the pepper is cooking in the oven, we cut the zucchini into small pieces and also the mushrooms, in my case mushrooms because I didn't find anything else. In small pieces to be able to fill the pepper.
Now we put a frying pan so that it warms up and we can make the mushrooms and the zucchini. We will leave them to taste, I personally like vegetables undercooked.
When we have the pepper ready and the vegetables made to taste, we go to fill them with a small teaspoon. Taking care not to burn ourselves, we will fill them, with enough filling since at mealtime it will be easier to cut it.
As you see is a simple recipe to prepare and ideal to consume in diets. We must always look beyond the conventional to face a diet with guarantees.
