Today I bring you a dessert with fruit, a few glasses of pear with Greek yogurt. A simple, healthy and very good dessert. Fruit desserts are a delight and a way to eat fruit by giving it another touch.
You don't always feel like preparing very complicated desserts, so this one that I prepared today is quick. I have prepared it with pear but it can be made with the fruit that you like and that is strong, you have to cook it with sugar and if it is very ripe it will not be good. That is why we will buy for this recipe some pears that are strong.
- 3 strong pears
- 4 creamy yogurts, Greek ...
- ½ lemon
- 50 gr. brown sugar
- 1 spoonful of butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Mint leaves
- We peel the pears and cut them into small pieces and some into rounds or larger ones.
- We put the pear pieces in a bowl, sprinkle them with a little lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- We put a pan on the fire with a tablespoon of butter.
- We will put the pear in the pan, stir, put the brown sugar, let it cook until it is a little tender and all the sugar has melted, the caramelized pear will remain.
- If it is very dry we will put a couple of tablespoons of water. When we see that it is tender and caramelized, we turn off the fire.
- We put the yogurts in a bowl and beat, they can be sweetened, that will be to your liking.
- We prepare some glasses where we are going to serve them, in the bottom we will put the small pieces of pear.
- We cover with Greek yogurt.
- On top we will put pieces of apple, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- We serve very cold with some mint leaves.
- And ready to eat !!!
