INGREDIENTS:
- 600 gr. pasta.
- 150 gr. of walnuts.
- 150 gr. of almonds.
- 100 gr. of butter.
- 1 clove garlic.
- Black pepper, salt and parsley.
PROCESS:
- Boil the pasta and while we peel the almonds (we put them in boiling water and in a few minutes we remove them from the heat). Then we chop them together with the walnuts.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the butter, the chopped walnuts and almonds, and a little black pepper.
- Sprinkle a little garlic and parsley and serve.
