Ingredients
  • 500 g of special pasta for salads
  • 1 large salad tomato
  • Crab surimi
  • 1 Avocado
  • cheese cubes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Vinegar

Preparation
  1. First we put a large pot of water to boil, add a splash of oil and a little salt. When it starts to boil, add the salad paste, lower the heat a little and cook. The cooking time will be marked by the manufacturer on the pasta container.
  2. When it is al dente, we go to a colander and constipate with cold water. We let the water drain well before adding the ingredients.
  3. We prepare the rest of the ingredients, dice the tomato, the crab surimi sticks and the avocado.
  4. In a salad bowl we place the pasta and the rest of the ingredients, mix and reserve in the refrigerator.
  5. In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing. Add oil, salt and vinegar and beat with a fork until well emulsified.
  6. We reserve until serving time.
  7. And voila, we have a refreshing pasta dish, perfect for the whole family.

Notes
The dressing is preferable to add once we are going to serve the salad. If we do it before, it is possible that some ingredients such as tomato become soft and unpleasant to eat.

Bon appetite!
