Papaya and ice cream smoothie

Very rich, refreshing and delicious, ideal to share, it makes 2 long glasses or 4 common ones, ideal to consume as a snack, for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

1 medium papaya
3 glasses of cold milk
1 cup of vanilla ice cream or American cream
2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

Peel and remove the seeds from the papaya, cut it into pieces and put it in the jar with the milk and blend well, then add the sugar and ice cream, blend until everything is smooth.

Put the content in long glasses with a straw, if you like you can add ice.
