Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of turkey ossobuco
  • Green peas
  • 1 cebolla
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 glass of white wine 150 ml.
  • Water glass 1
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 bouillon cube (optional)
  • Oil, salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. To prepare the ossobuco with peas, first we will put salt and pepper, we will flour the pieces. We put the pot with a jet of oil over high heat when it is hot, brown the pieces of ossobuco on both sides.
  2. In the same pot we will put a little more oil over medium heat, chop the onion and add it to the pot along with the meat, stir, leave it for a couple of minutes and add the fried tomato and bay leaf. We remove.
  3. Add the white wine, let it reduce the alcohol for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the glass of water and the stock cube and the peas, they can be frozen.
  5. Let it cook for an hour and a half or if we do it in the pressure cooker we leave it until the steam begins to come out and we count 20 minutes.
  6. When the 20 minutes have passed, turn off, let the pot warm, open it. We taste salt and if necessary we rectify.
