1/2 teaspoon lard
150 g of sugar
130 butter g
1 pinch of salt
Pour the flour on the kitchen counter and put 50 g of softened butter in pieces in the center. Melt the lard, add to the flour with a pinch of salt. Then knead for several minutes.
Prepare a greased and floured mold, then roll out the dough, and cover the bottom and sides of the mold.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolk with the rest of the butter, the sugar, the orange juice and the zest.
Then pour the cream into the mold.
Bake for 25 minutes and serve hot or lukewarm.
