Ingredients
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 4 slices of zucchini (1 cm thick)
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • Salt flakes
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We cut the zucchini diced and cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Sauté in a frying pan With a drizzle of olive oil the zucchini and when it is tender, add the tomatoes. We cook 2 more minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, we beat the eggs.
  4. With a slotted spoon, we take the zucchini and tomato to the bowl and mix with the eggs.
