Oatmeal tortillas with cocoa cream for breakfast

Oatmeal tortillas with cocoa cream

You will find it hard to believe how simple and fast it is to prepare these oatmeal tortillas. You will only need four ingredients and 20 minutes of your time to make it. And once they are done you can have fun filling them with the combination of ingredients that you like the most.

I chose to fill them with almond cream and chocolate, an ideal combination for breakfast. You can also do it with mashed avocado, diced ripe tomato, nut creams, hummus... there are many sweet and savory possibilities to choose from.

Perhaps the first pancake will not turn out as well as you would like, but it is a matter of practice. The key to success is to use a nonstick skillet and be patient: make each pancake well on one side before turning them over. Aren't you going to eat them all? Store them in an airtight container in the fridge and consume them the next day.
