Ingredients
- 180 g. brown sugar
- 100 g. butter at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 260 g. pastry flour
- 55 g. pure cocoa powder
- 5 g. baking powder
- 100 g. chocolate chips
- 150 g. Nutella
Preparation
- We preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl we beat the sugar and butter until creamy.
- Then we incorporate the eggs and the vanilla essence and beat at low speed until integrated.
- In gold bowl we mix the sifted flour with yeast and cocoa.
- We pour the flour little by little in the other bowl, stirring well with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Finally, we add the seeds chocolate and mix again. We make a ball with the dough.
- Then, with the help of a few spoons, we are taking portions of dough. Ideally, place a portion of the dough on a lined baking tray and use your finger to create a hole in the center of it. In it we will put the nutella, then close the cookie with another small portion of dough in the shape of a disk (as if it were a lid), to finish giving it shape.
- We take the tray to the fridge 5-10 minutes.
- Then we bake approximately 10-15 minutes.
- We remove from the oven and wait for them to cool.
