With a little more care and patience than usual, you will achieve a result worthy of the best pastry! Of course, you need a pastry bag and a small syringe to make these cookies. You will stop buying cookies and enter a total bakery loop because they are HUGE. (In a show of sincerity, I confess that I have put the most beautiful ones in the photo, the normal thing is that most of them look like little Dalmatians when they cook the chocolate they have inside)

- 40 grams ground brown sugar
- 10 grams vanilla sugar
- 50 grams Butter with salt
- 110 gr of flour
- 1 jar of Nutella
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- In a bowl, add the butter, the vanilla sugar, the brown sugar (previously ground) and mix until a homogeneous mass is left.
- In a different bowl, we mix flour and yeast.
- We join the two mixtures and stir well for at least 5 minutes.
- We introduce the dough in a pastry bag (with a nozzle) and we place small amounts of dough (a sphere) distributed throughout the tray so that when baking them they do not join each other.
- We fill a small syringe (without a needle) with nutella.
- Carefully, we introduce a small amount of nutella in one of the ends of the cookie and use our finger to close the hole that may remain when the syringe is removed.
- We preheat the oven at 180º for 10 minutes.
