It is a simple and very soft cheesecake, the biscuit base gives it flavor and accompanies it very well. If you do it, it is best to do it from one day to the next because they are much more consistent and with more flavor.

It is very good, although surely many of you will say that now it is time to eat light, after the holidays you have to lose what we have taken with the beers but surely you want to try it !!

Ingredients
  • 200 gr. Maria cookies
  • 80 gr. very soft butter
  • 200 ml. whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 250 gr. Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 gr. condensed milk
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • 200 ml. milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 envelope of curd.

Preparation
  1. To make the mascarpone cheese cake without an oven, we will first prepare all the ingredients.
  2. We start by crushing the cookies, we can do it with a robot or crush them with a bottle or a rolling pin.
  3. We will leave them until they are well ground, you can leave them more whole if you like them.
  4. In a bowl we put the ground cookies and mix with the melted butter.
  5. With the help of a spoon or with your hands, we are joining the cookies with the butter until the two ingredients are well joined.
  6. We take a mold that has a removable base of 22-24 cm, we will spread the mold with butter all over.
  7. We will put cookies to form the base of the cake and with the help of a spoon or a glass, we press so that the base is firm. We'll put it in the fridge.
  8. While we will be preparing the cream. In a saucepan we put the cream, the cheese, the condensed milk, the sugar and the vanilla essence, we put it to heat over medium heat and we will stir.
  9. In a glass we put the 200 ml. of milk and the envelope of curd, we will stir it until it is well dissolved and there are no lumps of the curd.
  10. When we start to want to boil what we have in the saucepan, we will pour the glass that we have of milk with the dissolved curd, we will not stop stirring.
  11. When everything is incorporated and begins to boil again, we remove it from the heat. We take the mold out of the fridge and carefully we will pour the cream.
  12. We let it warm and we will put it in the fridge for at least 4 to 5 hours. And if you do it overnight, much better.
  13. And ready !!! You can accompany it with chocolate, jam, caramel or since I only put those balls, I like it as is, without anything.
