Ingredients
- 500 gr of mussels
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 bag of grated cheese for gratin
- 3 tablespoons garlic parsley breadcrumbs
Preparation
- We put a pot of water to boil with a bay leaf and a pot of salt
- When it starts to boil, we introduce the mussels, previously washed and let it boil for 1 minute. With the help of a strainer, we drain.
- In a bowl, we place all the mussels without the upper shell.
- We drizzle the evaporated milk over the mussels
- We sprinkle the grated cheese on top
- We sprinkle breadcrumbs with garlic on top
- Gratin for 10 minutes.
