Ingredients
  • 500 gr of mussels
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 bag of grated cheese for gratin
  • 3 tablespoons garlic parsley breadcrumbs

Preparation
  1. We put a pot of water to boil with a bay leaf and a pot of salt
  2. When it starts to boil, we introduce the mussels, previously washed and let it boil for 1 minute. With the help of a strainer, we drain.
  3. In a bowl, we place all the mussels without the upper shell.
  4. We drizzle the evaporated milk over the mussels
  5. We sprinkle the grated cheese on top
  6. We sprinkle breadcrumbs with garlic on top
  7. Gratin for 10 minutes.
