Ingredients
- 1 glass of rice
- ½ fresh onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 ripe tomato
- 4 crab sticks
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- Olive oil
- Apple vinager
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a small pot with water we put boil the rice glass with a few drops of olive oil and salt. In another we put boil the two eggs with a splash of vinegar (this will make it easier to peel once boiled).
- While the pots cook, we are going to peel and cut the vegetables and the crab sticks. We will cut everything into sheets and in small pieces.
- Once we have everything, we will look for a bowl big enough to add all the ingredients. The eggs will also go in sheets.
- The last step will be to add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar and salt to taste. Y ready to eat!
Notes
Do not put in the refrigerator for a long time so that the vegetables do not lose their flavor.
