Preparation
  1. To make the Sacher cake in the microwave, we will first put the 3 eggs and the sugar in a bowl, beat well until they turn white. We add the 80 ml. of liquid cream and mix. We add the flour and the sifted yeast to the bowl and we will mix it little by little.
  2. In another bowl we will put the 150 gr. chocolate and butter. We put it at 1W for 700 minute, we remove, stir and if it is not there yet, we put it back in for another minute.

  4. We prepare a mold suitable for the microwave, mine is made of 20 cm silicone. wide by 10 cm. High. We spread it with a little butter and sprinkle it with a little cocoa powder.

  6. We take the cake out of the microwave, we put it on a rack. We cut in half and cover one part of the jam, cover with the other part.
  7. We prepare the chocolate coating. In a bowl we put the cream, the chocolate and the tablespoon of butter, we will put in the microwave until everything is melted.
  8. We cover the cake with the chocolate coating, until it is all well covered. Let cool and ready.
