- 250 gr. yoghurt
- 200 gr. spread cheese
- 3 eggs
- 30 gr. corn flour (Maizena)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons of sweetener or sugar (6 tablespoons)
- 1-2 icing sugar, cinnamon
Preparation
- To prepare the cheesecake in the microwave, we can use the yogurt, the spread cheese, the eggs, the cornmeal, the vanilla aroma and the sweetener or sugar in a blender or robot. We reserve the icing sugar or cinnamon.
- We beat well until everything is very well mixed.
- Once everything is well mixed and crushed, without leaving any lumps, we take a mold suitable for the microwave, which is a little high. We incorporate all the mixture. Here you can taste the mixture a little to see if you like it sweeter. I only put 2 tablespoons of sweetener in it.
- We will put the mold with the mixture in the microwave at maximum power (950W) for 7 minutes, when the microwave stops, we let it rest for 10 minutes in the microwave. We take it out, let it warm and put it in the fridge.
- When we go to take it out or serve it, sprinkle it with sugar or cinnamon.
- And we will have it ready to eat. You can also accompany it with fruit jam.
