  • 250 gr. yoghurt
  • 200 gr. spread cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 gr. corn flour (Maizena)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sweetener or sugar (6 tablespoons)
  • 1-2 icing sugar, cinnamon
  1. To prepare the cheesecake in the microwave, we can use the yogurt, the spread cheese, the eggs, the cornmeal, the vanilla aroma and the sweetener or sugar in a blender or robot. We reserve the icing sugar or cinnamon.
  2. We beat well until everything is very well mixed.
  3. Once everything is well mixed and crushed, without leaving any lumps, we take a mold suitable for the microwave, which is a little high. We incorporate all the mixture. Here you can taste the mixture a little to see if you like it sweeter. I only put 2 tablespoons of sweetener in it.
  4. We will put the mold with the mixture in the microwave at maximum power (950W) for 7 minutes, when the microwave stops, we let it rest for 10 minutes in the microwave. We take it out, let it warm and put it in the fridge.
  5. When we go to take it out or serve it, sprinkle it with sugar or cinnamon.
  6. And we will have it ready to eat. You can also accompany it with fruit jam.
