Meatballs with mushrooms and peas

Today I present a different recipe in which you can combine three types of food that you have probably not mixed so far: Meatballs, mushrooms and peas

Ingredients:

Minced beef and pork
1 egg
1 piece of stale bread dipped in milk
1 garlic
1 jar of canned peas
Parsley
1 large carrot
1 onion
1 green pepper
Sal Island
1/2 kg of ripe tomatoes
1 glass of sherry
Ground pepper
1 jar of sliced ​​mushroom

Preparation:

Make the meat balls and fry them. Fry the carrot, onion, pepper and tomatoes. Add the spices, salt and sherry.

When done, pass through the food processor and place inside the meat balls. Add the mushrooms and peas and cook for a couple of minutes. You can accompany it with french fries.
