Meatballs in sauce with vegetables, a traditional dish accompanied by vegetables in which we will have a unique and complete dish.

They are very grateful to prepare these dishes because they tend to like them a lot, they can be accompanied with what we like the most and made with a very rich sauce.

In addition, it can be prepared in advance from one day to the next and so it will be even better. If we want to make it lighter, you just have to accompany it with some vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 500 gr. minced meat mixed pork and beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of parsley
  • Flour (XNUMXg)
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • ½ onion
  • 1-2 carrots
  • ½ broccoli

Preparation
  1. We prepare the minced meat, in a bowl we put it mixed with the salt, pepper, the minced garlic, the egg and a handful of minced parsley. We mix all the ingredients, cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  2. When the meat is ready we will take portions and we will make the meatballs passing them through flour, until they are all.
  3. We put a pan with plenty of oil and when it is hot we will brown them, remove them and reserve.
  4. We put a saucepan on the fire with oil, chop the onion and when it is hot we add it, let it brown.
  5. We chop the carrots, cut the broccoli.
  6. When the onion is there, add the carrot, stir and add the white wine, leave it for a couple of minutes to evaporate the alcohol and add the meatballs.
  7. Cover with a glass of water, add a little salt and let it cook for about 15 minutes. If more water is needed, add a little more.
  8. After this time we taste the salt and rectify, we put the pieces of broccoli we let it cook until the broccoli is ready.
  9. We turn off and ready to eat !!!!
