Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 300gr. chicken minced meat
  • 1 cebolla
  • Butter
  • Fried tomato sauce
  • 1cayenne or hot sauce
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation
  1. First we will cook the whole potatoes with the skin in plenty of boiling water with a little salt until they are tender.
  2. While we prepare the filling, in a frying pan we put a little oil and fry the very minced onion, when it is very soft we add the minced meat, a little salt and pepper.
  3. When the meat takes a little color we add the tomato sauce and a split cayenne or spicy sauce if you like, let it cook for about 5 minutes and turn off. We booked.
  4. When the potatoes are cooked, we peel them and pass them through the masher, add a little butter and let them cool a little.
  5. We prepare a plate with the beaten eggs and another with the breadcrumbs.
  6. We form balls with the mashed potatoes, we put a little of the filling in the center, we finish giving the shape and we pass them through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs.
  7. In a frying pan with plenty of oil, fry them in 2 or 3 batches, until they are well browned.
  8. Now it only remains to accompany them with a brava sauce or tomato sauce.
  9. And ready !!!
