- Now, we are going to cut the chistorra into small pieces.
- We prepare a non-stick frying pan and bring it to the fire without adding oil.
- Sauté the chistorra in its own juice and without adding fat, over medium heat until ready.
- We reserve on a plate, draining the fat that has released to the maximum.
