Ingredients
  • 1 kg of macaroni with egg
  • A chistorra
  • 400 gr of fried tomato sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. First, we put a large pot on the fire with water, a drizzle of olive oil and salt.
  2. Once the water starts to boil, add the pasta and let it cook according to the manufacturer's instructions, stirring from time to time to avoid sticking.
  3. When the pasta is ready, drain and cool with cold water to cut cooking, reserve.
  4. Now, we are going to cut the chistorra into small pieces.
  5. We prepare a non-stick frying pan and bring it to the fire without adding oil.
  6. Sauté the chistorra in its own juice and without adding fat, over medium heat until ready.
  7. We reserve on a plate, draining the fat that has released to the maximum.
  8. At this time we are going to preheat the oven to about 200 degrees.
  9. To continue, we prepare a large and suitable dish for the oven.
  10. We put the macaroni in the source, add the chistorra and stir it to mix well.
  11. Then we add the fried tomato sauce and mix again.
  12. To finish, beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and add it to the source, trying to bathe all the pasta.
