Ingredients
- 400 gr of macaroni
- 1 cebolla
- 200ml. cooking cream
- 50 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
- Mild olive oil or butter
- Sal Island
- Pepper (optional)
Preparation
- We put a saucepan with plenty of water and a little salt on the fire, when it starts to boil we will add the macaroni. We will let them cook until they are aldentes.
- We chop the onion. We put a wide frying pan on the fire, put a stream of mild olive oil, put the onion to fry over medium heat until it is well cooked and golden.
- When the onion is there, add the liquid cream or milk cream and the grated cheese, stir and a little pepper and heat a little low, let the cheese melt, we taste the salt, if necessary add a little and if we have left very thick you can add more cream or a little milk.
- Once the macaroni are there, we drain them well and add them to the cheese and onion sauce, we let it cook for a couple of minutes all together.
- We put everything in a source and sprinkle a little more grated cheese, pepper and if you like any herb such as parsley, oregano or basil.
- Serve very hot right away.
- And ready to eat!!!!
