We are going to prepare some macaroni with vegetables, a dish full of vitamins, simple and easy to prepare. A dish that we can prepare as a main course or as a starter. Its preparation seems a bit laborious to carry so many vegetables, but it is simple to do, ideal for children who try vegetables with pasta as it goes very well.

- 400 gr. macaroni
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 onions

- 1 Carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic

- To prepare our plate of macaroni with vegetables we will start by putting a pan with plenty of water on the fire with a little salt, when it starts to boil add the macaroni, let them cook until they are cooked. We turn off, drain and reserve.
- Wash and peel the vegetables, cut them into small pieces.
- Put a frying pan with a good jet of oil, add the onion, leave for a few minutes, add the chopped garlic, the carrot, let cook for a few more minutes and add the courgette, let cook everything until it is well poached, about 20 minutes.
- Once everything is poached, add the fried tomato, the amount to taste. Add the oregano and a little salt. Let everything cook for another 10 minutes and that's it.
- We put together with the macaroni and serve!!!
