Macaroni with tomato and tuna

Today I bring you a plate of pasta, some macaroni with tomato and tuna, a simple and very good dish. A plate of pasta is not missing at least one day a week, especially if there are children, it is the dish that they like the most.

This dish of macaroni with tomato and tuna can be prepared in a very short time, for those days when we have little desire to cook or little time, this dish is ideal and on top of that we have a great homemade dish.

If you have a little more time, you can add more vegetables to the sauce, which will give a lot of flavor and is a way to eat vegetables.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 1 cebolla
  • 500 gr. crushed tomato
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
  1. To prepare the macaroni with tomato and tuna we will start by putting a saucepan with plenty of water and a little salt, when it starts to boil add the macaroni, cook them for about 8-10 minutes or until they are cooked. We drain them and reserve.
  2. In a saucepan, prepare the sauce. Peel and chop the onion, put a little oil in the pan, add the chopped onion and when it begins to brown, add the crushed tomato or fried tomato. If it is crushed we will have it more time. Add a little salt. When the sauce is done, if you don't like the chunks of the onion, we grind it.
  3. Return the sauce to the saucepan. We open the cans of tuna, drain the oil, chop it a little and add it to the sauce. Remove everything and leave it all together for a few minutes.
  4. Put the macaroni in a bowl and add the sauce, mix it. If the macaroni are cold, add the macaroni to the pan and cook them with the sauce for a few minutes.
  5. We serve.
