Ingredients
  • 180 g. macaroni
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 cayenne chilli
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce

Preparation
  1. We chop the onion. Peel the aubergine and chop it in the same way as the onion.
  2. In a casserole we cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, respecting the time recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. We put two tablespoons of oil in a pan and, when it is hot, sauté the onion 5 minutes.
  4. Now, we incorporate the aubergine and we cook it until it has taken color.
  5. We add the chopped dried tomatoes,the tuna, the chilli and the tomato sauce and mix. Cook the whole for 5 minutes.
  6. When the pasta is done, we drain it and add it to the pan. Mix and cook 1 minute to mix the flavors.
  7. We serve the macaroni and aubergine hot.
