Pasta, especially macaroni and spaghetti, tend to like a lot, but we always prepare them with meat and tomato. Well, making them with vegetables are very good and it is a way to introduce vegetables, especially to the smallest of the house and for the grown-ups.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can of fried tomato
  • 200ml. milk cream
  • 1 envelope of grated cheese
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. To make the gratin macaroni with vegetables, first we will put a pot with water and a little salt, when it starts to boil we will add the macaroni, we will let them cook until they are cooked a little aldentes.
  2. On the other hand we peel the onion and chop.
  3. We cut the green pepper and the red pepper into pieces. Peel and cut the zucchini into pieces.
  4. We put a frying pan with oil when it is hot we add the vegetables we will let them cook over medium heat.
  5. When we see that they are cooked we will add the fried tomato, the amount to your liking.
  6. We mix everything well.
  7. We add a little salt and pepper.
  8. When the macaroni are cooked, drain them well, add them to the sauce that we have made with the vegetables, mix everything well and put it in a baking dish.
  9. We cover the macaroni and vegetables with the cooking cream and grated cheese.
  10. We put in the oven at 180ºC until they are gratin.
  11. And ready to eat !!!
