Ingredients
- 400 gr. macaroni
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 cebolla
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of fried tomato
- 200ml. milk cream
- 1 envelope of grated cheese
- Pepper

Preparation
- To make the gratin macaroni with vegetables, first we will put a pot with water and a little salt, when it starts to boil we will add the macaroni, we will let them cook until they are cooked a little aldentes.
- On the other hand we peel the onion and chop.
- We cut the green pepper and the red pepper into pieces. Peel and cut the zucchini into pieces.
- We put a frying pan with oil when it is hot we add the vegetables we will let them cook over medium heat.
- When we see that they are cooked we will add the fried tomato, the amount to your liking.
- We mix everything well.
- We add a little salt and pepper.
- When the macaroni are cooked, drain them well, add them to the sauce that we have made with the vegetables, mix everything well and put it in a baking dish.
- We cover the macaroni and vegetables with the cooking cream and grated cheese.
- We put in the oven at 180ºC until they are gratin.
- And ready to eat !!!
