Low calories: light watermelon ice cream

With the approach of spring and summer, one of the most consumed desserts, such as ice cream, for those who follow a low-calorie diet, does not present any inconvenience, and therefore I will teach you how to make this delicious watermelon ice cream.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of watermelon
juice of one lemon
a can of condensed milk (low calorie)

Preparation:

Remove the rind and seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small pieces. Then, put it in the blender with the reduced-calorie condensed milk and lemon juice.

Blend this preparation at maximum speed and when the mixture takes a good consistency, pour it into a large mold and immediately take it to the freezer of the refrigerator to chill for a few hours. Once the ice cream is cold, remove it and you can serve and taste it.
