This simple recipe for baked beef with sauce is especially suitable for all those who are on a low-calorie or maintenance diet.
Ingredients:
1 rump tail, peceto or lean buttock
3 tablespoons of oil
200 cc. defatted broth
200 grams of light cream cheese
Salt and pepper, a pinch
Preparation:
Defatten the meat very well and place it on a baking sheet and season it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then add the defatted broth and cook until tender.
Next, mix the juice from the meat cooking together with the light cream cheese in a pot and cook for 5 minutes. Cut the meat into thin fillets and arrange it in a bowl and sprinkle it on top with the sauce. Finally, serve the meat accompanied with a portion of your choice of vegetable salad.
