Low calories: apple slush in thermomix

For all those people who must follow a low-calorie diet, the proposal is to prepare a refreshing apple slush using the magnificent help provided by the thermomix for its preparation.

Ingredients:

2 green apples cut into chunks
2 large lemons, peeled and cut into chunks
300 cc of water
2 tablespoons liquid sweetener
ice cubes, quantity needed
mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the thermomix glass except water and ice and program 30 seconds at speed 4. Add some ice cubes and program 3 minutes at maximum speed.

Then add the water and some ice cubes. Program on speed 5 until all the ingredients are crushed. Finally, serve the apple slush in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
