Sometimes we reject this part of the pork, because it is difficult that when preparing it it does not remain dry. The beer sauce gives this dish a unique and special flavor. Do not worry if the children are going to drink it, the alcohol in the beer will be completely evaporated. - A whole piece of pork tenderloin tape of approximately 1 kg
- 1 cebolla

- First we clean the excess fat from the pork loin and wash with cold water.
- We dry with absorbent paper and season.

- Meanwhile, we are preparing the vegetables, peel and cut the carrots, onion and garlic, into large pieces.
- Add to the pot and fry for a few minutes.
- Next, we add the meat stock cube dissolved in a glass of warm water.
- We stir well and add the beer can, a pinch of ground thyme and close the pot.
- Once the steam starts to come out, lower the heat and let the meat cook for about 20 minutes.
- When the meat is ready, wait for it to temper to be able to cut it well.
- Cut into fillets of about a centimeter.
- We pass the sauce through the blender for a few minutes and rectify the salt.
