Today I bring you this simple recipe for beer pork loin, an easy and fast way to cook this lean, low-fat meat. Sometimes we reject this part of the pork, because it is difficult that when preparing it it does not remain dry. Well, with this recipe you can cook the pork loin quickly and it will also be juicy and easy to digest.

The beer sauce gives this dish a unique and special flavor. Do not worry if the children are going to drink it, the alcohol in the beer will be completely evaporated. This part of the pig is ideal for everyone, as it contains many proteins of group B and also provides a large amount of proteins. Once you try it, you will surely repeat.

Ingredients
  • A whole piece of pork tenderloin tape of approximately 1 kg
  • 1 cebolla
  • Carrots 2
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • meat broth
  • 1 pinch of ground thyme
  • 1 can of beer
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. First we clean the excess fat from the pork loin and wash with cold water.
  2. We dry with absorbent paper and season.
  3. We prepare the quick cooker with a bottom of olive oil.
  4. Once the oil is hot, we brown the meat on all sides so that it is well sealed.
  5. Meanwhile, we are preparing the vegetables, peel and cut the carrots, onion and garlic, into large pieces.
  6. Add to the pot and fry for a few minutes.
  7. Next, we add the meat stock cube dissolved in a glass of warm water.
  8. We stir well and add the beer can, a pinch of ground thyme and close the pot.
  9. Once the steam starts to come out, lower the heat and let the meat cook for about 20 minutes.
  10. When the meat is ready, wait for it to temper to be able to cut it well.
  11. Cut into fillets of about a centimeter.
  12. We pass the sauce through the blender for a few minutes and rectify the salt.
  13. And ready!

Notes
If the sauce is too light, you can thicken it using corn flour (cornstarch), 1 teaspoon dissolved in cold water will be enough.
