Loins with soy sauce
Loins with soy sauce is an exquisite dish that can be served as a second course or as a single dish for a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of fillet loins
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 small onions
- 50 ml of milk
- 100 ml of soy sauce
- Sal Island
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
Preparation
- The first thing we will do is put a pot with the bottom covered in olive oil. Right there, when this oil is very hot, we will poach so much garlic like the two onions. We will pour everything into very thin sheets.
- Once everything is poached, we will add a round and round the loins, so that they are sealed on the outside but juicy on the inside. This process will only take a few minutes.
- We will remove the loins and continue making our salsaTo do this, we will add the 100 ml of soy and 50 ml of milk. We stir everything well, and when it becomes thick, we add the loins again.
- We leave on a low heat, for about 15-20 minutes and we add a pinch of shawl and a touch of romero. And ready!
