Light fruit salad

We will prepare a healthy dessert of light fresh fruit salad to be enjoyed at the end of lunch or dinner, being a preparation that you can prepare in advance and reserve in the refrigerator until the moment of consumption.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of fresh fruits
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
juice of 2 lemons
200 grams of natural skimmed yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation:

Place all the peeled and cut into small pieces in a container. Drizzle with the lemon juice and add the liquid sweetener.

Then cover the preparation with the skim yogurt previously mixed with the vanilla essence and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Finally, mix the ingredients well and serve the fruit salad in tall glasses.
