Several months ago, I brought you the recipe of a rich Brownie of chocolate microwaved, basically it's like the light chocolate brownie to the cup that I bring you today, with the exception and difference that the latter has much fewer calories than the first. Something very to take into account now that we are trying to lose a few pounds for Christmas.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • ½ tablespoon liquid or powdered stevia
  • 2 tablespoons light cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
  1. We catch a cup Let it be big and the first thing we will take is the egg. We beat well with the help of a fork or teaspoon and later we add the tablespoon semi-skimmed or skimmed milk y another olive oil extra virgin. We stir well again.
  2. With a tablespoon we first add two of whole wheat flour, another two from light cocoa powder and half a tablespoon of liquid or powdered stevia (with it we counteract the calories from sugar).
  3. We remove everything well, without leaving lumps of flour or cocoa and when we have a completely homogeneous mixture, we introduce the cup into our microwave on normal power for two minutes. The brownie will rise a bit, but don't worry, it won't come out of the cup.
  4. And ready! Rich brownie to the cup: delicious and very low calorie.

Notes
If you like vanilla you can add a few drops of aroma to make it have a vanilla flavor.
