Ingredients
- 4 leeks
- 2-3 apples
- 1 liter of chicken or vegetable broth
- A little cream or heavy cream

Preparation
- The first thing will be to wash and clean the leeks, we will cut the white part into pieces. We peel the apples, remove the center and cut them into pieces.
- We put a casserole over medium heat with a splash of olive oil, add the leeks, sauté for a few minutes until they are transparent and add the cut apples and sauté with the leek for a few minutes. We put a little salt and pepper.
- Add the broth, let it cook until everything is very soft, about 20 minutes.
- When it is we remove a little of the broth and grind, we will add the broth that we have removed as we have left, thicker or liquid. We will leave it to our liking.
- We put the cream back on the fire, we taste the salt, pepper and add a jet of cream, stir well and turn off.
- If you like it cold, we put it in the fridge until serving time.
- We serve in individual pots and sprinkle with parsley or chives.
