Have you ever prepared Lamb Meatballs? I have never made them but I have tried them! And I have to admit that I liked its flavor, so I did not hesitate to ask for the recipe to share it with you. It does not have any mystery, but it does have an ingredient that you probably do not suspect.
Meatballs are not prepared much differently than the veal ones or chicken that we have shared before. For the dough, the meat is combined with onion, bread soaked in milk and in this case raisins! That is the ingredient that surprised me and that I will not forget when I prepare them.
As for the accompaniment, the ideal is a simple one. A homemade tomato sauce It works very well with these meatballs, although if you don't have time you can use a commercial one. Or even a well-seasoned crushed tomato. You choose!
