Cheese at home drives us crazy, whether in its salty or sweet version. Months ago, social networks and blogs were filled with recipes and photos of this Japanese cheesecake. We have chosen the simplest version, it only has 3 ingredients and the truth is, after trying it you don't need anything else!
The end result has been fantastic, although it reminds me more of a mousse. The texture is very juicy and light, perfect to accompany it with a strawberry jam! Without a doubt, if you don't have enough time and want to make a surprising dessert, this is the perfect one! We can make them in individual molds, it can be super attractive for a party or special day, although it can be eaten any day and at any time 😉
- 4 eggs
- 150 gr of white chocolate
- 200 gr white cheese type Philadelphia
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
- Separate the whites and yolks from the eggs.
- Remove the white chocolate and add the cheese, integrate with some kitchen bars.
- When the chocolate is almost cold, add the yolks and beat well.
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC. In the same baking tray put 2 fingers of water so that our cake comes out juicier.
- On the other hand, mount the whites to the point of snow and mix them with enveloping movements.
- Bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes. Check the cooking by pricking the paste with a knife, if it comes out dry it is ready! My oven is small and everything toasts quickly, so so that you don't get too toasted like me, theirs is halfway through cooking, cover it with aluminum foil.
Good
