Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 small cans of tuna in olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise level + extra
- ⅓ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/23 teaspoon of hot paprika
Preparation
- We cook the eggs for 10 minutes in water. After 10 minutes, we take them out and cool them immediately in a bowl with very cold water, with ice, to cut the cooking.
- Once cold we peel and cut them in half lengthwise. We remove the yolks and reserve them in a bowl.
- In a bowl Place the tuna, 2 of the yolks, the mayonnaise and the paprika. We mix well.
- We fill with this mixture the cooked eggs and as we do it, we place them in a source. If they are not going to be eaten immediately, we reserve them in the fridge.
- We crown each stuffed egg with a bit of mayonnaise and sprinkle the rest of the yolks on top using a masher.
