Eggs stuffed with salmon tartare

In Cooking Recipes we have proposed different ways of preparing stuffed eggs. Today we surprise you with a new salmon tartar filling; a recipe with which you can undoubtedly surprise your partner next Valentine's Day.

It is a fresh recipe, a good proposal to serve as a starter both in winter and summer. Don't be scared by the ingredient list; the smoked salmon is the protagonist but appears accompanied by other flavors. If you do not find any, you can delete it without problem.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • ½ ripe tomato without skin
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon of small alacaparras
  • 1 tablespoon pickle
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • A few drops of tabasco
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pot of smoked salt

Preparation
  1. We cook the eggs 10 minutes, remove the shell and let cool.
  2. We chop into pieces very small onion, salmon, pickles, lettuce and tomato. We mix them in a bowl.
  3. Then we add the rest of the ingredients, including the very finely chopped herbs.
  4. We cut the eggs in half and we remove the yolks. We add 4 of these yolks to the filling mixture and stir everything.
  5. We fill the eggs and we serve cold.
