Ingredients
  • 6 peeled carrots
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter (or extra virgin olive oil)
  • 2 level tablespoons heather honey (or any other variety)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Sal Island
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven at 200ºC
  2. In a bowl we mix the butter melted, honey, minced garlic and prejil. Season and mix.
  3. We smear the carrots with the mixture and arrange them on the oven tray, lined with baking paper.
  4. We pour over the excess mixture and the we take to the oven for about 25 minutes.
